Delivery
Processing time
The time needed to prepare an order for dispatch varies. We aim for 1-2 business working days from the day of ordering. If the item is a custom order, for eg a set of wedding favours, the details will be discussed with you personally beforehand.
P&P
There is a flat rate Standard 2nd class delivery (2nd Class) charge for all orders to all areas classified as UK mainland by Royal Mail; including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands & Islands, and Isle of Wight.
Do you want it sooner?
For UK orders we can “fast track” your order, and send it 1st Class. This will incur an extra cost of £2.50, which aims to deliver your parcel the next working day. For Express Postage we will endeavour to dispatch you order the next working day, but this cannot be guaranteed. If you want guaranteed next day delivery please contact us using the contact form
Standard Delivery to European countries with Royal Mail is £13.50 for parcels up to 750g
For larger orders within the EU, we will contact you to advise on the delivery charge.
For delivery to anywhere else, please contact us for a delivery quote as it will depend on the weight of the items ordered.
Arrival Times
Mainland UK orders should be with you in 3-5 working days, all other EU countries may take up to 7 days. Please note that delivery may take longer during busy periods, such as Christmas. If you are at all worried about an item reaching you in time please contact us before ordering.
NOTE:
I aim to be as ‘green’ as possible in life and in business. Therefore we may re-use packaging sent to us to protect your items. This means your items may arrive in a pre loved box.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs.
Acceptance of Goods
Upon receipt, you must inspect the goods. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you have cancelled the order. If no such action is taken, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected. If you have not received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you when an order is received, please contact us via the contact form
Cancellations, Returns, Refunds
First, if you have any issues with your order please contact us ASAP. We can’t resolve a worry/problem until we know about it.
If you change your mind about the product you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the items under the Distance Selling Directive. Products can only be returned if they are unopened and undamaged. Please note that in this case you will need to pay the return delivery charge however we will refund you the full amount that you have paid for the product including the original delivery charge. Unfortunately we cannot accept proof of postage as proof of receipt for the goods and the refund will be only issued if the products are received by us and are in a good condition. Whereas every effort is made to supply high quality goods as shown, if the goods arrive damaged or are different to your order, we will send you a replacement or a refund for the full amount including the original delivery charge. For any claim to be accepted, we must be notified with details of your order number and a photograph within 3 days of receiving the items to debs@s974374643.websitehome.co.uk. We may ask for the goods to be returned to us using 2nd class post and we will reimburse the cost. Soap & Pamper will not be responsible for any loss of items occurred during return transit.
Bespoke items and custom made items cannot be returned or exchanged as they have been made specifically for you and cannot be resold. In addition personal items such as soaps, shampoo bars and lip balms cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Secure options
We accept paypal and all major credit card payments. Orders will be processed as soon as payment has been confirmed.
Certification
All Soap & Pamper products have been fully certified by a qualified person and are sold in compliance with all current legislation. We are members of The Guild of Craft Soap & Toiletry Makers and People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals.
All products are for external use only and are not suitable for children under 3 years old.

All text, images and content in this website, and other material printed or published on behalf of Soap & Pamper shall remain the property of Soap & Pamper under UK Copyright laws.

Disputes
Your use of this website and any purchase by you of any goods from Soap & Pamper shall be governed by English law and the parties here to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. This is irrespective of where you are based. If you have a dispute we’ll always try to sort things out if you contact us.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service, products or the prices (or any content thereof) without any notice. Soap & Pamper offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, polices and notices stated here. By placing an order with us you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend or remove any section of the terms and conditions without prior notice.

Liability
Soap & Pamper will not be liable for any loss or damage, either direct or indirect, arising as a result of the supply, delivery or non-delivery of goods, or of goods lost in transit, to the property of the purchaser or any third party. With this in mind please ensure that you provide accurate contact or delivery details.
Product Samples
Any product samples we may provide to you are for personal use only. By ordering from our website, you agree not to commercially resell any of our products. Commercially reselling our products or samples is a breach of these terms and conditions and your agreement with us.
Product Variations
Please bear in mind that our handmade products are genuinely hand-made in small volumes so you may encounter some variation in colour, texture, scent or wrapping between batches or orders. Products may vary from how they are pictured on this site or in any other marketing materials. If you do have any problems or queries, please let us know.
We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing products on the website; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that product descriptions on the website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Title to Goods
We will retain the legal ownership of the goods until full payment has been made by you and such payment has been received by us. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.
Intellectual Property
All content available on the website, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, the “Content”) is the property of Soap & Pamper. Trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the website (collectively, the “Trademarks”) are the registered and unregistered marks of Soap & Pamper. Neither the Content, the Trademarks, nor any other portion of the site may be used, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, accessed, modified, or otherwise exploited, in whole or in part, for any purpose without our prior written consent.

The terms and conditions outlined are effective as of 28/6/2019. They supersede all previously published Terms and Conditions. These conditions take precedence over any other published terms and conditions unless expressly agreed by us in writing.
